After Mr. Lasky graduated from the University of Georgia Law School, he started his career as a first-year associate at the firm of Ashman and Zipperer.

In 1986, Mr. Lasky, and his partners Charles Ashman and Arthur Cooper merged with an Atlanta law firm and formed The Keenan Ashman Law Firm with offices in Savannah and Atlanta. The firm limited its practice to representing victims of negligence, and Mr. Lasky tried numerous cases in both Savannah and Atlanta, obtaining a number of noteworthy verdicts and appellate decisions for his catastrophically injured clients.

In 1992, the Savannah partners at Keenan Ashman formed the Savannah law firm of Ashman, Lasky & Cooper. They continued to limit their practice to representing individuals injured by someone else’s negligence. In 2003, Mr. Ashman retired, and Mr. Lasky became the owner and managing partner of the firm known today as Lasky Cooper Law. Two of the lawyers at Lasky Cooper Law, Brian Krapf, and Don Ramsey, have been practicing law with Mr. Lasky for over 30 and 25 years, respectively. In 2016, Mr. Lasky’s son, Darryl I. Lasky, joined the firm and is carrying on the family’s passion of helping people who have had their lives changed by the negligence of others. The remaining trial teams at Lasky Cooper Law consist of two lawyers, Daniel Justus and Jonathan Moody, and a full staff of paralegals and legal assistants.

Throughout our history, we have worked every day to be true to our principles of being the best-prepared lawyers in the courtroom and providing superior customer service to all of our clients by lawyers with the utmost ethics and integrity. Arthur Cooper, Mr. Lasky’s law partner for over 36 years who suddenly passed away in 2016, spent his entire career practicing law by these principles. No matter how big or small of a case you might have, call us today to schedule a free consultation with one of our experienced trial lawyers. Lasky Cooper Law- Trial Lawyers for the People.
